When I was happy,
Other times I pretend
That I still am,
But it doesn’t feel
Quite the same,
I can barely feel anything,
Emotionally drained,
There’s no difference between
Joy and pain,
Every day was a battle
I thought could be won,
But now it’s over,
And I’m done

I chose the title 'Sad Memories' because it seems that if you could remember being happy, when you weren't, it would be kind of sad, it would make you frown when you realized that you were no longer happy, it would be sad and it would drain you whatever will you had
